Terms of Service

Welcome to TLD LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Use of our B2B tradeline platform constitutes your agreement to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

1. Description of Services

TLD LLC operates strictly as an intermediary access platform connecting credit professionals, brokers, and funding specialists with verified tradeline inventory. We do NOT provide credit repair, credit counseling, legal advice, or any guarantee of credit score improvement.

2. Platform Access and Use

Use of this platform is limited to business purposes. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful client information during checkout.
• Comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding credit access.
• Assume full responsibility for obtaining client consent to use their information for the purpose of authorized user addition.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

TLD LLC strictly prohibits the use of Credit Privacy Numbers (CPNs) or synthetic identities. We utilize active SSN validation protocols to actively detect and reject synthetic identities.

IF A CPN OR SYNTHETIC IDENTITY IS DETECTED, THE ORDER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED, NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED, AND YOUR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM WILL BE PERMANENTLY REVOKED WITHOUT NOTICE.

4. No Credit Score or Timing Guarantees

We explicitly do not guarantee:

• Any specific increase, change, or improvement to a credit score.
• The precise day or time a bank will report to the credit bureaus.
• Client approval for loans, funding, or any credit products. Our sole responsibility is the addition of the provided client to the specified tradeline to ensure posting by the Final Reporting Date.

5. Refunds and Disputes

All sales are final upon the expiration of the Cancellation Period. Our Refund & Dispute Policy is an integral part of these Terms of Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly agree to the strict non-posting proof requirements and exact Dispute Period timelines defined in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TLD LLC is not liable for vendor delays, bank reporting errors, credit bureau freezing actions, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the tradelines provided.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TLD LLC, its officers, directors, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your failure to comply with these terms, your clients' actions, or your misrepresentation of our services to your clients.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
