TLD LLC strictly enforces the following refund and dispute policy based on the tradeline reporting lifecycle. Please carefully review the following dates provided with each tradeline purchase.
Each order follows a strict timeline based on the specific tradeline:
- Purchase Date: The date your order is paid and confirmed.
- Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order for a full refund without penalty up to 2 days after the Purchase Date.
- Statement Date: The closing date of the cardholder's billing cycle.
- Auth User Assign Period: The window directly following the Statement Date when the client is added to the card.
- Reporting Date: The date the bank formally reports the updated authorized user list to credit bureaus.
- Final Reporting Date: The absolute deadline by which the tradeline is guaranteed to appear on the client's credit report.
- Dispute Period: The strict 10-day window following the Final Reporting Date.
- Cycle: The number of reporting periods (typically 2) the client remains on the card.
- Removal Date: The date the client is removed from the card after the cycles are complete.
We guarantee that the tradeline will post to at least two credit bureaus by the Final Reporting Date. If it does not, a refund is available STRICTLY under the following conditions:
We explicitly require all disputes for non-posting to be submitted during the Dispute Period.
Example: If the Final Reporting Date is 03/11/2026, the Dispute Period is strictly 03/12/2026 through 03/21/2026.
To qualify for a refund due to non-posting:
- You must submit a fresh, comprehensive 3-bureau credit report (e.g., from Credit Check Total, IdentityIQ, or similar).
- The credit report MUST be generated and pulled STRICTLY within the 10-day Dispute Period.
- Reports pulled before the Dispute Period begins, or after the Dispute Period ends, will not be accepted as proof of non-posting, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- Data Errors: If the SSN, Date of Birth, or Name provided during checkout contains typos or errors.
- Credit Score Outcomes: We do not guarantee any specific changes, increases, or improvements to credit scores.
- Fraud Alerts / Freezes: If the client's credit file is frozen, locked, or contains fraud alerts preventing the tradeline from posting.
- Synthetic Identities / CPNs: Use of Credit Privacy Numbers or synthetic SSNs is strictly prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture of the order with NO refund.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to adhere strictly to this Refund & Dispute Policy.
